Both are very nice cars and have their own history and everything. My plan is to get a cheap chassis with alright engine for a semi drift built. I don't want anything insane just something with enough power to do some slides. On that note the e36 is kinda superior because of it's i6 engine and 150hp rather than i4 136hp 190e engine.

tbh if it really is a corker buy it and sell it on for more cash. tidy 190es still make good money, certainly more than what a untidy but solid one would set you back. if its mint sell it for £1000 and buy a E30/E36 BMW as that would make the better drift car. 190e's are good but to make it as good as a e30 325 or 320 would take more money.
